When you use the platform: messages you send, interests you express, and matches you participate in.

Profile photos you upload are stored securely and displayed only to verified members.

To operate and improve the Aikya platform and match families thoughtfully.

To verify your identity and maintain platform trust and safety.

To send you notifications about activity on your account (interests received, matches, messages).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

Your profile is visible only to other verified members of the Aikya community — families who have been personally referred by a Setu.

Your contact information (email, phone) is never shared with other families. Communication happens through the platform until both families choose to share details directly.

Setus can see the profiles of families they have vouched for.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database provider with encryption at rest and in transit.

Profile photos are stored in a private storage bucket with access controls.

We use industry-standard authentication and row-level security to protect your data.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

You can pause or deactivate your profile at any time from your dashboard.

You can update or correct your information at any time.
